Rae'Thalis Eastern Dragon form

Eastern, Asian, Oriental... Whatever you wanna call it. I know some people get fussy about the "proper term" but meh - I just call 'em Easterns, and worry about specific sub-breeds after that. They're in the east, thus they're eastern.

Besides, Rae'Thalis doesn't live on Earth - so there is no Asia, China, Japan, etc to get all technical and stuff
The nickname Eastern still applies despite this breed showing up in the west! *Derp*
